Robert Bass
Service, Professionalism and Integrity: that is what you receive when you work with Kingman’s “Bass Pro of Real Estate.” My name is Bob Bass, a resident of Kingman since 2001. I have a wonderful family, who include my wife and 3 children. I also have 3 grandchildren, who are the joy of my life! I involve myself in our community through various means, including my church, local sports league participation, outdoor sports like hunting and fishing. I am also a member of the local Chamber of Commerce, as well as various real estate boards in our area.
Because my Professional and Business Background includes Building, Lending, Appraising and Inspecting, all of which are aspects of the Real Estate Field, I have the ability to help my clients in ways that many Realtors cannot. My background in Real Estate started in 1993 in Kansas. Since my move to Kingman, I have received many awards which prove my dedication to our community. In 2005, I was awarded with Century 21’s highest award, the GRAND CENTURION Producer, #4 Premier Agent in the nation with Century 21’s Mortgage Company, and #1 Producer for the Southwest Region, Century 21’s Sales Production and Units Closed. I am also a member of the Preferred Agent Club with Outstanding Sales Achievement. Recently I achieved my latest designation, CRS which means the Council of Residential Specialists, which is a designation held by less than 4% of agents nationwide. Additionally, I recently completed all of the requirements to obtain my Broker’s License. All of the training, education, and experience I have received, makes me an expert in the Real Estate field. I take my responsibilities and duties to my clients very seriously and I commit daily to work hard for each of them.
Creativity and efficiency is very important to me, therefore I utilize the latest marketing strategies to increase visibility and marketability of each property I list. I recently employed my assistant, Rebekah, who will help me in these areas. She has helped me with the Virtual Tours, which is a great tool for both buyers and sellers. Virtual tours give buyers the ability to look at homes, without spending time to look at hundreds of homes in person. Virtual Tours are also great for sellers, because it extends the number of possible buyers without many people walking through their home! As you can see, my assistant and I are looking at ways to get the greatest amount of exposure with the least amount of hassles for YOU!
